A plain-language guide to the protections and responsibilities contained in DDO’s official documents.
Tournament entry is subject to DDO eligibility, registration fees, event rules, conduct standards, health and safety requirements, media provisions, privacy rules, disciplinary measures and force-majeure arrangements.
Refunds are not automatic. Requests must identify the person, event, payment method, amount, date and reason, include supporting evidence where relevant, and remain subject to DDO’s published terms.
DDO aims to provide accurate information and safe events, but participants remain responsible for following instructions, assessing their fitness to participate and understanding that darts and event attendance carry inherent risks.
DDO collects identity, contact, eligibility, registration, payment and event information only for legitimate organisational purposes. Records are protected, retained appropriately and shared only where necessary or legally required. Blog page views are counted in aggregate. A random value held only in the current browser tab limits repeat refreshes for 30 minutes. DDO does not use a personal tracking cookie or store an IP address, device fingerprint or individual reading history for this count.
DDO is committed to protecting children and adults at risk, responding appropriately to concerns and maintaining safe, respectful participation.
Event photography and video may support promotion, livestreaming and historical records. Participants can raise consent concerns or withdraw consent subject to safeguarding and practical limitations.
